Diwaniya Media is a media placement and audience intelligence company based in Kuwait City (business registration no. 1012202616649). This policy explains what we collect on this site and how we use it. Questions go to info@diwaniyamedia.com.

What we collect

Contact form. When you use our contact form we receive what you enter: what you are looking for, your message, your name, company, email address and phone number. To make sure we can follow up, entries are saved as you go through the form, including if you leave before pressing Send.

Your visit. Like most websites, we may also keep general information about how you found us and used the site, along with basic technical details of your device and browser, to understand how people reach us and to respond appropriately.

WhatsApp and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation so we can respond and refer back to it.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts from third parties on this site, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare a plan or quote, and keep in touch about work we do together. Aggregated, anonymous information helps us see which pages and channels are useful.

How long we keep it

Requests and the context around them are kept for up to two years from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless we are working together or the law requires longer.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@diwaniyamedia.com and we will act within a reasonable time.

Cookies and storage

This site uses no advertising cookies. It uses your browser's storage only to remember your light or dark mode choice and, during a visit, the pages you have viewed so a request can carry that context. Nothing is sent to us until you use the contact form.
