How we work together, in plain words.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to media placement, AI visibility and readership reporting work by Diwaniya Media, Kuwait City (business registration no. 1012202616649). By using the site or asking us to work for you, you accept them. Where we sign a separate agreement with you, that agreement comes first.
Using this site
You may browse and share what is on this site. The text, design, sample reports and marks belong to Diwaniya Media or their owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Publication logos are the property of the publications shown. Sample conversations, reports and AI answers on the site are illustrations of our work, not live results.
How our work runs
Briefing. You tell us what you want said and who should read it. We come back with a plan and a quote. Nothing is commissioned until you confirm in writing, including by email or WhatsApp.
Accuracy. You are responsible for the facts, claims, images and permissions you give us. We may decline or amend material that is misleading, unlawful or against a publication's standards.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days, and work that has been published cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
Confidentiality
We keep your briefs, plans and unpublished material confidential, and we ask the same of you for our plans, pricing and methods. Published articles are public by nature.
Liability
We work with care, but we are not liable for the decisions of publications, AI products or third parties, for loss of business or profit, or for anything outside our reasonable control. In any case our liability for a piece of work is limited to the fee paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless a separate agreement between us says otherwise.
